Classes

Drop-in Classes
There is no need for any prior experience at all to come along to a Drop-in Class. If you are not familiar with the 5 Rhythms (or even if you are!) you may wish to read the pages "Welcome to 5 Rhythms" and "More About the 5 Rhythms".

For details of where and when, and for seasonal special celebrations, please see Dates & Times.

5 Rhythms Masterclasses
Deepen your work and lighten your play!

Beyond the drop-in classes, Masterclasses are an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the 5 Rhythms map itself in order to use it more effectively. As a tool, it works whether we understand it or not. But with understanding, we can begin to develop mastery - our practice heightens, focus deepens, we can learn how to navigate within our energy fields, release the stuck places, read each mood and allow each moment to support our dancing freedom and awareness.

Again, for details of where and when, please see Dates & Times.

Workshops & Courses

Drop-in classes are great, and ... longer Workshops can take things to a whole new level, shifting and expanding the energy and 'vocabulary' of your dance and the places it takes you in amazing and unpredictable ways. Many people also find a depth of experience of community with other participants in workshops that is hugely reconnecting and healing. Bernadette's workshops generally combine different aspects of her work and experience, weaving the 5 Rhythms® together with, for example, The Work That Reconnects in unique and powerful ways.

A Course or Programme can consist either of a series of themed workshops, or of 'closed group' classes, dancing with the same group of people over a number of weeks to explore more deeply through developing an even deeper sense of 'safe space' and group intimacy.
